Refund Policy – Northvalley Run

At Northvalley Run, we prioritise technical consistency and trust in every transaction. Our refund policy has been structured to ensure clarity and security, respecting consumer rights and maintaining the European standard of our brand.

1. Cooling-off Period and Returns

You have the right to request a return for any product within 30 calendar days of receipt. This period exceeds the legal minimum, reaffirming our commitment to your satisfaction and the durability of our equipment.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in original factory condition:
Unused and without signs of wear (testi
ng on a treadmill or outdoors invalidates the return).
With all technical tags attached.
In its original packaging, without structural damage.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or digital invoice.

2. Request Process

To initiate a return procedure, please contact our technical support team via email: support@northvalleyrun.uk.
Upon preliminary analysis and approval of the request:
1.We will send you a shipping label and detailed logistical instructions.
2.Items sent without prior authorisation will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

3. Inspection and Refund

Once the product returns to our distribution centre, it will undergo a technical quality inspection. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund based on the item's condition.
Approval: The amount will be automatically credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Banking Timelines: The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends exclusively on your financial institution. If you do not see the credit after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.

4. Exchanges (Logistical Efficiency)

To ensure you receive the correct equipment in the shortest possible time, we adopt the Repurchase Exchange model:
1.Request a return for the current item for a refund.
2.Place a new order for the desired size or model immediately.

This avoids unnecessary logistical delays and ensures stock availability.

5. Damages and Inconsistencies upon Receipt

We kindly request that you inspect your equipment immediately upon delivery. Should you identify any manufacturing defect or error in order processing (divergent model, colour, or size), please contact us within 48 hours so we can prioritise technical correction at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions

For reasons of safety and technical integrity, we do not accept returns for:
Personalised or custom-made items.
Gift Cards.
Products purchased in final sales, except in cases of proven defect.
