Shipping Policy – Northvalley Run

At Northvalley Run, we believe in technical consistency and logistical predictability. Our shipping operation is structured to ensure your performance equipment arrives safely and in the shortest possible time, adhering to international quality standards.

1. Origin and Delivery Times

Our products are dispatched directly from our strategically located distribution centres within the United Kingdom or from our technical manufacturing partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: Between 3 to 7 business days for most regions.
Predictability: This timeframe is an estimate based on our historical performance. While we strive for maximum efficiency, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date due to external logistical variables.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Technical Tracking

We ensure full transparency at every stage of the journey.
Tracking Code: You will receive your tracking code via email within 5 business days of order confirmation.
Monitoring: The code allows you to monitor your equipment's movement from dispatch until final delivery.
Synchronisation: It may take 3 to 5 business days for the initial shipment status to update in our partner carriers' systems.

3. Delivery Procedures and Responsibilities

Deliveries are carried out by partner carriers or local postal services, depending on the region and shipping method.
Delivery Attempts: Should the recipient be absent or if there are access restrictions, a notice may be left for collection at a local post office or to reschedule a new attempt.
Delivery Address: We kindly request a thorough review of delivery details before finalising your purchase. Address changes are only accepted within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this period, the order enters an irreversible logistical flow.
Customer Responsibility: Incorrect or incomplete data resulting in the return of goods to the sender is the customer's responsibility and may incur additional costs for re-shipment.

4. Multiple Shipments

To optimise delivery time for orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking codes for each package, with no additional shipping cost.

5. Maximum Delivery Time and Logistical Guarantee

While the vast majority of orders are delivered within 10 business days, Northvalley Run establishes a maximum logistical guarantee period of 30 business days.
Should your order not be delivered within this maximum period due to exceptional events (strikes, customs inspections, or natural disasters), you have the right to request an immediate re-shipment of the product or a full refund of the amount paid.
